2. Product and Price Information

Stock quantities and price indicators on the website are for informational purposes and may vary with market conditions. Binding offers are only valid through written contracts or approved proforma invoices.

3. Orders and Contracts

Orders are confirmed upon proforma invoice approval and receipt of advance payment. A separate sales contract may be drawn up for each order, specifying delivery terms, payment deadlines, and Incoterms.

4. Limitation of Liability

KonyaAgriSource cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure (natural disaster, port strike, government restrictions, etc.). Product quality objections must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

All content, images, text, and brand elements on this website belong to KonyaAgriSource. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts of Konya shall have jurisdiction.
