What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is generally 1 MT (metric ton). This may vary by product type and season. Contact us for sample orders.
Do you provide product samples?
Yes. We ship paid samples with analysis reports. For first orders above a certain volume, the sample cost is deducted from the invoice.
How do you guarantee product quality?
Every batch is tested in accredited laboratories. Soil analysis, harvest data, and processing parameters are all recorded and traceable until delivery.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
We work with FOB Mersin, CIF Rotterdam/Hamburg/Antwerp, or DAP arrangements depending on the customer's preference.
What are your payment terms?
For new customers: 30% advance + 70% before loading. For established partners, L/C or deferred payment options can be discussed.
Do you have EU import documentation?
All our exports are shipped with a phytosanitary certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture. Full compliance with EU customs standards is ensured.
What is the lead time?
If the product is ready in stock, port shipment occurs within 5-7 business days. Average transit time to European ports is 7-14 days by sea.
Do you offer custom packaging?
We offer 25 kg PP bags, 50 kg jute bags, or jumbo bags (1000 kg). Custom logo and label printing is available on request.
